How the Process Works

It starts with a walk-through of your home. A designer looks at what is and is not working, talks through how you actually live in the space, and helps you scope what the remodel should include. From there we move into design and selections - typically over several working sessions at our Cary studio, where you can see and touch materials rather than judging them from a screen. Once construction starts, we stay available to your contractor, because even a well-documented project generates questions, and someone should be answering them with the whole design in mind.
